Although we will sell them uninstalled, our prices include the installation fee by a licensed electrician.

Is this unit very difficult to install?

It is not difficult to install. It is simply attached to a wall next to the breaker box. A ground wire and two other wires are then wired into the closest circuit to the main. We recommend a licensed electrician do the installation.

Is there any guarantee or warranty available?

Warranty of 15 years on the appliance and a 5 year on the installation.
